Question by Ryan M: will “This is a basic introduction to aromatherapy and reflexology.” help me become a physio?
will it help me any way ether geting into uni or finding a job?

Best answer:

Answer by SkepDoc 2.0
If by “physio” you mean a physiotherapist, then the answer is a defininitive, no.
Nor will it help you get into university or find a job, other than as an “aromatherapist” or “reflexologist” (both of which by the way are completely bogus practices..but you didn’t ask that)

Question by Infamie: Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy Reviews?
-Warm Milk and Honey Body Mist or Pillow Mist
*How long does it last?
*Does it stay true to its scent (or does it smell funky after a while)?
*Which one do you prefer

-Orange Ginger Body Mist
*Does it stay for a long time?
*Does it stay true to its scent?

Out of the two smells, what one do you prefer?

Best answer:

Answer by Silly Goose
I prefer the Warm Milk and Honey. Orange Ginger literally smells like Pine Sol. Warm Milk and Honey mists last for a few hours and does smell the same all throughout the bottle. And as always, if it doesn’t for some odd reason, you can always bring it back with the 100% satisfaction guarantee.

The basics of aromatherapy are simple, once a few fundamental concepts are understood. Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils – the aromatic compounds of plants, extracted through steam distillation or other methods. The oils act as the chemical messengers and protectors of the plant kingdom. Each essential oil can contain hundreds of different ‘volatile’ (easily evaporated) compounds, most of which are very compatible with the physiology of the human body. What’s so wonderful is they can also do for us what they do for plants – act as chemical messengers through affecting our smell sense and limbic system, and defending the body against foreign invaders by their anti-bacterial and anti-viral actions.

Continue to hydrate the body with water, juices, and green tea as Aromatherapy Massage detoxifies the body. The body needs the hydration for the next 24-48 hours. Eat light, healthy foods, nothing heavy like beef that takes days to digest. Keep yourself warm if it is cold outside.
