Any print house could do nice labels for you, nicer and cheaper than you could do at home. Just look for “printer” in your yellow pages. Stay away from Kinko’s and places like that – they are expensive.

You know I’ve never tried it, but I get regular headaches and Ibuprofine stopped working for me.. I stumbled upon it and it sounds crazy, but it really works: Get Altoids Peppermints. Not cinnmon or anything else, peppermint. Eat two or three and it really seems to help me!!

The black just won’t come off and it’s eating the other oils in five minutes, any suggestions?

What are they made of? I’d say, look up Heloise’s household tips for cleaning various substances, or one of those household hint sites. The Queen of Clean? Is that her name?
But stay away from chemicals–they’ll kinda counteract the whole “therapy” part.

Question by Celestina: In aromatherapy, what is the difference between an essential oil and an absolute?
Best answer:
Answer by Virginia H
An essential oil is made from a tincture of oil and herb. An absolute is the refined concetrate of the herb. An absolute is much stronger and also more expensive. Essential oils can be easier to use in a number of situations (fragraces, lotions, and other uses). Hope this helps! Good luck and blessed be. V-

The effect would be the same as listening to music.
It just puts you in a more comfortable setting.
But YOU have to ENJOY the smell you can’t just get random smells.

Question by Amy W: Aromatherapy or scent to help with weight loss? Anyone try it?
Has anyone here tried aromatherapy to help with weight loss? Did it help? If it did help, what did you use?
Best answer:
Answer by Chubby Lamb
I have tried a number of different oils that were recommended in an article I read. The one that worked best for me was Ylang Ylang. It has a really nice smell that makes me feel a bit giddy and gives me a boost of energy. Another two that worked really well for relaxing me and taking my mind away from food were Bergamot and Jasmine. I also found that smelling peppermint oil helped to make me feel less hungry, or would take my mind off food all together. I would recommend that you test out a few of these and see if they help.

Question by Koneko94: Which aromatherapy scents are best for people who want to lose weight?
Best answer:
Answer by Healer (not the dog kind)
Really sweet ones, like Ylang Ylang. Vanilla smell also helps to curb sweet cravings. However aromatherapy is not designed to do this, get a decent diet, and once our diet is well balanced and when you got your nutritional status up, you should not crave sweets any more. Then you can start to reduce your serving sizes, not changing the composition of your diet, only the quantity, and the weight should reduce. Do not say “lose weight” because then subconsciously will look for it till you find it again (and put it back where it was)

sorry not aromatherapy i meant to say reflexology
Best answer:
Answer by Doc DC
I’m not sure where aromatherapy fits in, but in reflexology, it is done by using the hand/fingers in specific points much like acupuncture. There are many ‘reflexes’ on the base of the foot (in the palmar hand as well), so it would be best to google a chart, or buy a book on the subject. There are many out there; They usually have good illustrations.
I’ve personally never had reflexology, but a massage therapist/reflexologist works in my office is a big believer in it. I just get all together too ticklish when anyone works with my feet.
